Juan Galán
Juan has extensive experience in federal grant compliance, treasury management, and financial operations, specializing in FEMA Public Assistance, HUD CDBG programs, and disaster cost recovery within large-scale public and private sector environments. He has led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex reimbursement programs totaling over one billion dollars, overseeing the full lifecycle of federal disaster recovery funding across organizations such as LUMA Energy and Horne. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with federal agencies and oversight bodies including FEMA, HUD, and COR3. Strengths include treasury operations, cash flow management, internal controls, and delivering process improvements that ensure compliance, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency.
